The International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF’23), one of the largest defense industry meetings in the world, has started. IDEF, which has become an important promotion, marketing, and cooperation platform in the fields of defense and security, opened its doors for the 16th time this year. Under the auspices of the Presidency, the Ministry of National Defense hosted by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV), under the management and responsibility of Tüyap AŞ, the fair is held at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. The International Defense Industry Fair, to which President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan participated via video message, brings together 1,461 companies from 55 countries this year.

Sadık Piyade IDEF, Deputy General Manager of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation, has taken its place among the 4 largest defense industry fairs in the world. In addition to hosting a total of 1,461 companies, including 689 local and 772 foreign participants, we also host 189 delegations from 81 countries at our fair.

Electronic warfare systems produced in Türkiye.

The name of this system is Gökberk.

Gökberk is an electronic air defense system, it has a laser weapon that can hit targets with a pinpoint shot, and a radio frequency mixer system. This system hides its location and detects and destroys kamikaze drones and UAVs.

 

Gurz air defense system.
This is a system that Turkey has just produced. It is the Karma air defense system developed especially against different aircraft and UAVs. Most importantly, Gürz has advanced the AESA radar.
Although the Gurz air defense system is similar in appearance to the Russian air defense system, the Panzer, it has much more advanced technology than the Panzer.

 

Gökdemir air defense system.
This system can use different rockets. Gökdağ missiles are used the most.

 

Gökdağ air-to-air missile.
The Gökdağ missile can be used land-to-air, sea-to-air, and air-to-air.

 

Göksür.
Göksür is a multiple rocket launcher close air defense system. It can hit multiple targets at the same time. This system is a system that few countries in the world can produce. The new balance of Politics in Europe

 

ERALP system.
Turkey’s first long-range national radar ERALP system.

KORKUT Low Altitude Air Defense System.

It is a self-propelled anti-aircraft gun (SPAAG) developed by Aselsan, capable of operating in all weather conditions, equipped with a 35 mm KDC-02 type double-barreled weapon system and high firepower (1100 rounds/minute).

 

SANCAK New Generation Combat Electronic Attack System.

The MİLKAR-4A2 (renamed SANCAK) High Frequency (HF) Jamming System has been developed for the application of Electronic Attack (ET) to target communication systems communicating in the HF band on different platforms. It is used to provide an advantage to friendly troops in the tactical field by preventing, delaying, or transmitting false information in the target HF band communication. Koral.
KORAL is a mobile electronic warfare system. Its purpose is to blind, deceive, and confuse enemy radars.

NAZAR Laser Electronic Warfare System.
It was developed by Meteksan Defense as a countermeasure measure to neutralize missiles with Electro-optic (EO) and Infrared (IR) seeker heads with directed laser dazzle and functional destruction techniques.

 

Türkiye now produces the steel used in the production of tanks and submarines. Three countries can produce steel for submarine boats, one of which is Turkey. The new balance of Politics in Europe
